Mapping your Stakeholders
Their needs and your objectives
Workshop Description
Stakeholder/Relationship Mapping is a means of identifying and understanding our relationships in the organization. By completing a personal stakeholder mapping exercise, we can identify the strengths of our current relationships within our network and identify development opportunities for establishing new relationships and for enhancing existing relationships. This is a step by step interactive course to identify key players related to our goal/target; connect the players to build a ‘map’; assess and determine the nature of players in the web of relations; analise their expectations. Based on Kano's expressed and latent expectation theory, this course helps us to acquire a process to build relationships within the organization; a method to propose customised solutions and to challenge our interpersonal and business proposals.
